Welcome to Anxiety Problems Solved!
My name
is Eloise Jameson and, as an ex-anxiety sufferer, I’m here
to do all I can to help you beat anxiety and move forward in
a positive way.
I know
what it’s like to have anxiety take over your life and stop
you from doing the things you really want to do. I also know
only too well how much it can interfere with your work,
social and family life.
When
anxiety dominates your life that much it can really get you
down. Getting the better of it can be a difficult and lonely
process, often not helped by bad advice from well-meaning
people.
But now
there is hope! You are not alone in suffering from anxiety.
With my help you can learn new techniques and methods to
calm yourself and which will help you to gradually regain
control of your life.
I will be
adding new content to the website over the coming months but
my aim is to not bombard you with too much information. Very
often all you want is to learn the simple facts about your
anxiety and how to move on from it, and I know that
information overload is a common complaint from anxiety
sufferers. So I promise to always do my best to keep my
information brief, to the point and as straight forward as
possible.
You can
also sign up for my free weekly email newsletter in which I
will give you information about anxiety, advice on the best
ways of coping and ideas on ways that you can help yourself
with your anxiety problems.
So please
join me here at Anxiety Problems Solved and let’s share the
journey together!
